We offer a free fitting service in store for dog collars, harnesses and coats. This service is available for new harness, collar and coat purchases, as well as regular fit checks on your current accessories.
We have a groom room in store that is run independently by Katie at The Hound Bar. She offers a wide range of services from basic grooms to ultrasonic teeth cleaning.
Here at Bertie's we are dedicated to finding to diet best suited to your individual pets needs. Every animal is different and there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to pet foods, your pets health is our top priority.
We stock a wide range of natural supplements in store that can help with a whole host of problems that your pets may encounter. Our staff our trained with Dorwest, the UKs leading authority for herbal remedies and supplements for cats and dogs.
