Local Home Deliveries and Pick Ups.

If you are local to Portishead we offer a home delivery service, simply pop in or give us a call to let us know what you need, we can take payments over the phone. 

Home deliveries are free when you spend over £30, smaller orders will incur a £3.95 delivery charge. Home deliveries are carried out by our own members of staff, who will be happy to carry your shopping to exactly where you need it.

If your area is not on our list, we can still send out orders via courier, so just give us a call and we can arrange for you. 

(Courier orders will have a delivery charge of £3.95.)

Collection Point

We also have a collection point and the back of the store for picking up larger items or bulk orders. To arrange a collection give us a call to let us know what you need, and we can have it ready for collection, a member of staff will happily help you to load the car - no heavy lifting for you. 

Our collection point is located off of Stoke Road, there is a small gravel car park. The shop entrance is through the big white garage door, if its closed you'll find a doorbell in the top left corner, give it a buzz and we'll let you through.

Shipping for website orders

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.

We use a courier for delivery (DPD,EVRI etc) and all deliveries are costed at £3.95 for mainland UK delivery only.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, we will be happy to refund it for you within 30 days of purchase.

Please be aware that we will need a copy of your till receipt in order to do this as we need to scan the barcode at the bottom to get your transaction details.

There are a few exceptions to this, which are outlined below. But always contact us if you are unsure. 

If any product is faulty we can exchange or refund you and your statutory rights will not be affected

Harnesses, Coats, Leads & Collars

If you have purchased the wrong size or style you can return for an exchange as long as the packaging is intact and the item is in an unworn condition.

 

Please be aware that if your harness, coat, or collar was fitted by a member of staff in store and was worn out of the shop we will not be able to return, unless faulty.

We always recommend checking the fit of harnesses and collars on your dog regularly, especially with puppies as they grow so quickly. If you need help with this to ensure your harness is always fitting comfortably a member of staff will be happy to help.​

 

Dog Toys

We do not return or exchange dog toys unless they are in their original packaging or there is a genuine manufacturing fault. Unfortunately manufacturing faults do not include the dog chewing up the toy, or causing damage to the toy in any way.

No toys are indestructible, we are happy to advise on harder wearing toys but please remember that they are designed to be chewed on.

For any items purchased online you will be responsible for any return postage or costs.
